Blvckhair is the operator of www.blvckhairng.com. By placing an order through this store you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service and ensure customer satisfaction. At Blvckhair your satisfaction is our top most priority.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have a standard 1- 4 working days processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to Sales Promo or holidays.
Braid wigs / custom orders might take up to 3-10 working days for order to be processed.
***NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS***
Orders placed weekends are seen as Monday orders because we do not work weekends.
Order processing and delivery within Nigeria takes 3 - 5 working days altogether for regular orders, 3 - 7 working days for crochet Locs and Twists and 3- 10 working days for braided wigs .
Order processing and delivery outside Nigeria takes 3- 8 working days altogether (excluding braids wigs /custom orders as stated above).
Our orders are fulfilled via DHL.
We offer international shipping to all countries.
NON-DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. This varies per country, Blvckhair_ng is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees.
Blvckhair_ng is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local postal service for further details.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If you request for a package to be delivered to a new location after it has been shipped, transfer charges will be deducted if it applies.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link and number from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for delays by shipping company but we are able to resolve complains.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders can be exchanged but never cancelled for “cash refund”. We DO NOT OFFER RETURNS or REFUNDS.
We can assure you all hairs undergo a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections before we ship. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please email us immediately at CustomerSupport@blvckhair.com
If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly receive it and begin the exchange process or issue store credit.
Our fulfillment department will inspect incoming shipment to ensure product sent back is in its original condition. No in-store credit /exchanged will be given if product has been unraveled, co-washed, trimmed or manipulated in any manner from its original state, this includes if any product has been used on the hair.
We reserve the right to decide whether the product is eligible for exchange.
BLVCKHAIR_NG offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at its sole discretion and may exchange products under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 2 business days of receipt of product(s).
- Any exchange requested after 2 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.
- We will not accept any product, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, styled, brushed or cut) in any way. The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without an exchange for health reasons
- We will not accept exchange of hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please send the item in the original and resellable condition as a necessary health precaution.
- Items bought on general sale promo cannot be exchanged unless the full price is paid.
- Custom orders are non-returnable and can not be exchanged for any reason.
- Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value per your selection. In the case of a product of higher value , cash top up will be made.
- For any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a in-store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund ANY costs.
- In order to process an exchange, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our doorstep. we recommend you use a trackable shipping .
- When we receive your exchange request, a representative will confirm whether or not you qualify for a return and provide you with exchange instructions . You will have 2 business days to send us tracking details .
If you or your hair-stylist damage your hair extensions in any way, we are not responsible and will not refund or exchange them.
Our Style Guide is provided for our customers to guide them through the handling and caring for our hair extensions. Any substances or hair products that you, or any other person, places on the hair is out of our control. If at any time, we feel the hair has been damaged by hair products, dying the hair, etc.., you will be denied an exchange .
Please allow up to 3 - 15 working days (depending on the type of hair) for your exchange to be processed after we receive your item(s) back. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information just as you did when you first ordered after your order has been completed.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel, contact email@example.com or message us via whatsapp (+2348150671289) not more than 3 hours after your order was placed. After this time we might be unable to cancel your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled for cash refund, rather we would issue you a store credit.
In a situation where we are successfully able to cancel your order for a refund, 10% of the item value will be subtracted from your refund to cover for costs incurred.
